Pour Decisions is a mobile bar that acts as a hub for serving you and your guests at special events. You book us, we pull up with our truck and trailer, set up for your event, and get to partying!
What services can you provide?
Custom packages are available to all customers. Once you book us through our Contact Us page, we seek to accomodate any and all needs of your and your party. Need someone to man a grill for you and your guests? We can provide a grill and a grill-master. Need some fun party cocktails mixed for the party? We’re experts at that, too. We can also act as shoppers for our clients and make sure your event has everything it needs to be a memorable one. Food, drinks, cutlery, plates, and decor — we’ve take care of you so you can focus on your guests, party planning, and having a great time.
What are some examples of rates for renting the trailer and your hosting services?
To just rent the trailer at your location, we charge $300 an hour with a 50% deposit due ahead of your scheduled time and date. If you want us to furnish your event with condiments, mixers, cutlery, etc. for 3 hours, our rate is $1550. Additional costs may be incurred if you want us to shop for you or make additional purchases ahead of time on your behalf, you can describe them to us via the email on our Contact Us page. All purchases made on the client’s behalf are the ultimate responsibility of the client.
What is your cancellation policy?
We want to put our all into making your events as memorable as possible. As such, we do have some policies related to cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled event will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel our services within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited.
